  • An appointment will have to be made at the selected clinic for the relevant service(s) prior to utilisation of any voucher. Fullerton Health Group reserves the right not to allow utilisation of voucher(s) where prior appointment has not been made for the relevant service(s).
  • Original voucher is to be presented to the selected clinic on the date of utilisation.
  • Each voucher must be utilised before the Expiry Date. Any vouchers not utilised thereafter shall no longer be valid.
  • Each voucher is only valid for a one-time use, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits under any circumstances.
  • No refund will be provided for any unused or expired vouchers, or for any difference in value between the purchase price of the voucher and the service(s) actually selected or received.
  • Vaccination services are subject to consultation with and recommendation by a doctor. If patients are deemed unsuitable to receive any vaccination upon consultation, no refund of the consultation fee (included in the price of the purchased voucher) will be provided.
